Ever wanted to have your dive log not in a paper book, but electronically? Ever wished your dive log could calculate your PADI pressure groups, surface intervals, residual nitrogen time, and all that for you? With the ability for your dive buddy to easily and electronically verify your dive? With a fully responsive design so you can access it on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices?
Well, DiveLog does all that and more. Create an account, wait for it to be approved (you'll get an eMail letting you know when that happens), and then start recording your dives. This easy-to-use and fully mobile-responsive site allows you to record all aspects of your dive, just like in your dive book, without the need to do any calculations (PADI dive table calculations are automatic if you're not diving with a computer, and you can still choose to see them even if you are).
Record your dives in metric or imperial units, or a mixture of both.
You can even attach pictures of the dive to the dive entry (better than your dive book!).
Your dives are listed for you in a summary form with date, dive number, location, depth, bottom time, and any notes. Just click on the dive title to see all the details of that dive. Page through your dives easily to see all your dives. If your dive buddies also have accounts, you can see their dive logs too if they've picked you as a buddy and have given you permissions to see their dives.
You can mark dives as private, so only you can see their details. And you can start recording your dives at any point by creating an initial 'dive' with just total bottom time as your first dive in the site (give it a dive number of 1). Mark it private, and it won't show up in your dive log that your buddies see.
There is also a forum on the site, so you can discuss dive topics with other divers, get tips, or even make suggestions to improve this on-line dive log.
